Case Study: Miramar Golf Club
Architect & Project Manager: Graham Marsh
Miramar was re-designed and reconstructed in 1994 as a result of the sale of part of the original course to Wellington Airport. Installation and construction of the re-vamped and smaller site was particularly tricky as the system had to be built around the existing course with no more than 3 holes closed at any one time. The club had to work to a limited budget. Parkland is particularly proud of this difficult upgrade, particularly working in the climate that Wellington is famed for.
